Dr. Jeffrey Fromowitz MD

Dr. Jeffrey Fromowitz MD, FAAD provides a wide variety of dermatology care to Boca Raton, FL area patients. Dr. Fromowitz earned his Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology at Emory University. He then went on to attend the University Of Florida College of Medicine, where he graduated first in his class. Dr. Fromowitz completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Shands Hospital. He then completed a residency in dermatology and cutaneous surgery at Shands Hospital as well. In his last year of residency, he served as Chief Dermatology Resident. In addition to software development, Greg has written countless peer reviewed articles in scientific publications, chapters for text books locally and internationally, contributed to online and offline publications, and has appeared on television and radio to offer his expert opinion.

Finally, Greg has held an adjunct professional appointment with Monash University for 10+ years,
and has also held a senior lecturing position for over a decade.

Dr Shobhan Manoharan

Dr Shobhan Manoharan is an Australian dermatologist and laser specialist with a special interest in scar treatments, pigmentation and advanced laser rejuvenation.  Based in Brisbane, he is the founder of Dermatology Clinics Australia and training organisation, Dermatology Education.  He is a medical entrepreneur in the dermatology, telehealth and pharmacy spheres, and navigated his Brisbane Skin clinics to become the first dermatology practice in Australia to be acquired by a private equity group in 2021.

Dr Priska McDonald

Dr Priska McDonald is a fellow of the Australian College of Dermatologists. She completed her medical degree at Monash University. Dr McDonald undertook her dermatology specialty training in Melbourne. She also trained in the United Kingdom, St Georges Hospital in London. Prior to dermatology training, she completed Basic Physician Training through the Alfred Hospital.

Dr McDonald is a general dermatologist with a wide area of interest, including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. In addition to her private practice, she has appointments at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and The Alfred Hospital

Dr John Sullivan

Dr Sullivan works as a consultant dermatologist in private and public practice based in the Sutherland Shire Sydney where he is also involved in education and clinical research.He has appointments at The Sutherland Hospital (Head of Department), St George Hospital, University of NSW Clinical School, Ramsay Health Kareena Private Hospital, Kingsway Day Surgery and Emeritus Research.

Dr Sullivan completed a fellowship in clinical pharmacology and drug safety at the University of Toronto Canada.

He is a member of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatology with subspecialty interests including laser medicine and cosmetic dermatology. Dr Sullivan is a member of the steering committee of the Australasian Medical Dermatology Collaboration.

Katy Wallace

Katy Wallace is an RN and Nurse Practitioner in Melbourne with over 20 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology. Both locally and internationally trained she is widely experienced in lasers, energy based devices and injectables and has a particular interest in acne, rosacea, skin health and multi-layering treatments. Katy achieved Nurse Practitioner endorsement in 2017 and works at The Dermatology Institute of Victoria and her own private practice. And she is a clinical educator for Merz Aesthetics.

Stefania Roberts received her medical degree from Monash Univerity, Australia in 1991. She became a Fellow of the Australsian College of Phlebology in 2008. She is current Chair of the Victorian Faculty of the Australasian College of Phlebology. Dr Roberts practices aesthetic medicine and has trained doctors and lectured on the use of cosmetic injectables in Australia and at international conferences in Asia, Europe and South America since 2002. She was the key note speaker for the launch of Botox in Vietnam in 2007 and the launch of Juvederm in India and China. Dr Roberts has published in a number of scientific journals and been involved in a number of clinical trials. In 2016 she was invited to be part of FLAME (Female Leaders in Aesthetic Medical Education) a group of 7 specialists from 5
continents to increase the presence of female physicians on international podiums lecturing in aesthetic medicine. Dr Roberts has a passion for humanitarian work and has been part of several missions with International colleagues dealing with chronic venous disease of the lower limb in Nicaragua (Amigos de Salud) and Argentina since 2015

Dr Kanika Sahni MBBS, MD

Additional Professor Kanika Sahni works as a faculty at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi since 2014 where she practices both general dermatology and participates in the Dermatosurgery and Laser services and Pigmentary and Psoriasis clinics. She trained at two of the most prestigious medical institutes in India, (AIIMS and PGIMER) completing her dermatology training in 2009. She is an active researcher with numerous publications and invited presentations including live surgical workshops, her areas of research interest being pigmentary disorders, vitiligo, dermatologic surgery, skin cancer surgery, fat transfer and aesthetic dermatology.

She is past recipient of the Imrich Sarkany Non European memorial scholarship by the EADV and has also trained in Aesthetic Dermatology and Lasers at Dallas, Texas through the International Society of Dermatology mentorship program. She has recently cleared the MRCP, SCE in Dermatology. She is also the recipient of the International Society of Dermatology (ISD) scholarship and the BAD scholarship in 2009 and the Kataria memorial gold medal for best postgraduate at PGIMER, Chandigarh.

She is a member of the IADVL Academy, the premier Indian body for guiding the Indian Association of Dermatologists Venereologists and Leprologists on academic activities and publications. She was also a past member of the IADVL Special Interest Group on Dermatosurgery. She serves on the editorial board of IJDVL and IDOJ.

Dr Cara McDonald

Dr Cara McDonald is a specialist dermatologist and co-director of Complete Skin Specialists Dermatology located in Sunbury, Victoria.

Originally from Tasmania, Cara completed her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, where she was awarded First Class Honours. Her specialist
training in Dermatology was completed through St Vincent’s & The Alfred Hospital’s in Melbourne as well as Oxford in the UK. She continues to hold a public hospital consultant position at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.

Cara’s specialties within her field include skin cancer treatment and prevention, acne, rosacea, and cosmetic dermatology.

Cara is a member of the Allergan Medical Institute and has a special interest in patient decision-making, the patient-clinician relationship and the factors that influence trust and rapport in the clinical setting.

Dr Ben Buchanan

Dr Ben Buchanan is a Clinical Psychologist working exclusively with people with body image anxiety, and specifically body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). He completed his doctorate investigating the neurobiological basis for BDD with brain imaging, finding brain differences in the emotional and visual perceptual pathways. His work currently focuses on the intersection between BDD and cosmetic procedures, BDD diagnosis, screening practices and satisfaction with procedures among cosmetic patients.

Ben has published 11 peer-reviewed journal articles, presents at conferences and frequently conducts seminars with mental health clinicians focussed on BDD and translating research findings into clinical practice. Ben is the clinical director of Foundation Psychology Victoria, a psychology private practice in Melbourne with a focus on body image.

Chiza Westcarr

Chiza Westcarr is a university qualified nutritionist and skin specialist. She began teaching in 2000, and imparts current, nutrition and skin-relevant information to Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Skin Therapists alike. Chiza has a real passion for all things skin and nutrition, recognising the real connection between gut health and skin health. She is often invited to write for magazines as well as speak nationally and overseas on various skin health-related topics.

In recent times, Chiza’s focus has turned to clinical consultation with a particular focus on gut health and has a strong belief that the health of the gut should be the starting point to restore health and wellness. Chiza’s primary role in clinic is to assist in finding the best solutions for patients suffering from a number of growing health-related conditions which include (but are not restricted to) abdominal bloating and discomfort, lethargy, insomnia, skin-related conditions, stress- related disorders, anxiety, and low vitality. Menopausal health is a new area of interest that Chiza has taken on.

By incorporating an inside-out approach, in her work as both a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner and Dermal Clinician, Chiza has been able to successfully help many of her clients improve their skin, gut and mental health. Her goal is to help fellow practitioners achieve success also.

Chiza has attained International Diploma qualifications – CIDESCO, ITEC Hons and CIBTAC. She also has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, a  Bachelor of Health Science, specialising in Clinical Dermal Therapies, a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition and an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine. Chiza is a qualified Health Coach and also a Menopause Coach.

Amanda Seguna

Amanda has broad experience in insurance law and commercial insurance litigation in both QLD and NSW. She has for many years acted for Australian and overseas insurers on a range of coverage, litigation and disciplinary matters.

Experience
In 2013, Amanda gained valuable insight into the key commercial issues facing insurers following a nine-month secondment with a Lloyds Underwriter. Earlier, she spent two years as the Associate to His Honour Judge Samios in the District Court of Queensland.

Amanda is admitted to the Supreme Court of QLD and High Court of Australia. She frequently litigates matters in both QLD and NSW and has also litigated matters in the ACT, Tasmania and both the Federal and High Courts. Amanda’s defence of regulatory health matters also requires her to operate across all States and Territories of Australia.

Amanda’s practice focuses on acting as defence counsel in the medical malpractice sphere, including in relation to defence litigation, disciplinary proceedings and coronial enquiries. She also acts as defence counsel in the litigation of personal injury and product liability claims involving complex multi-party disputes for national and international corporations and not for profit organisations.
