The Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists (ASCD) and The Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) have joined forces to bring you world class educational content, where we will be taking a deep dive into human anatomy. We are delighted to invite you to the Global Anatomy Workshop.

From the Crown Promenade Lobby, please take the lifts/ escalators to Level One of the Conference Centre and proceed down the corridor past Meeting Rooms 11 – 16 until you reach the lifts/escalators, which will take you to Level Two. Please click here to see a map of the complex.

Less than 30 days – One night’s accommodation charged per room cancelled to the applicable credit card.
No Shows – One night’s accommodation charged per room to the applicable credit card.

Adjacent to Crown Conference Centre, stylish, affordable and thoroughly modern, Melbourne’s Crown Promenade Hotel offers you a fresh perspective on how good a hotel can be. The hotel features spacious rooms with fantastic views overlooking Port Phillip Bay or the Melbourne CBD and Yarra River.

Buffet breakfast at Mesh Restaurant

Occupancy – Standard rooms in Crown Promenade are configured with either one king bed or two queen beds. The maximum number of registered persons in this room type is three adults OR two adults and two children under 15 years of age

Extra Bed – No additional charge will apply when utilising existing bedding, however a daily surcharge of $55 will be raised for any additional bed (rollaway) in any one room. Please note rollaway beds are only available in Studio Rooms or Suites.

Breakfast – Full Australian buffet breakfast is available at Mesh Restaurant from $35.50 per person. Please note that the above accomodation rates have incorporated a discounted rate for breakfast when bought as a package at Mesh Restaurant.

Internet – Complimentary in-room standard wireless internet (1Mbit) for two devices has been extended for all delegates within the hotel during the group’s contracted dates.

Parking – Valet parking $42 per 24 hours.

The Hotel check-in time is from 14:00, checkout time is up to 11:00.

The members of the ASCD and ASAPS Council and The Production House Events do not accept any liability for any losses incurred pre, post or during the Event due to unforeseen cancellation or postponement. In the event of the event being cancelled, no refunds will be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future events held by the ASCD and ASAPS.

Cancellations received up to 13 April 2021 will receive a refund subject to a $50 administration fee, the refund will not include any credit card surcharges incurred. Cancellations received after 13 April 2021 will not receive a refund, however registrations can be transferred to a different attendee name at no cost. Please note credit card surcharges will not be refunded at any stage. Please note there is no entry to the Global Anatomy Workshop without registration to the Event.

In the instance that the 2021 ASCD and ASAPS Global Anatomy Workshop physical event cannot proceed or a registered delegate can not attend due to the ongoing COVID19 situation (i.e. border closures or compulsory isolation), all registrations will be transferred to virtual tickets. No administration fee will apply in such a case.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points

This event will be applicable for CPD points. More information will be available regarding CPD points once the program is released.
