Dr Firas Al-Niaimi

Dr Firas Al-Niaimi is a highly experienced consultant dermatologist, cosmetic and laser expert with over 15 years’ experience and an international standing. He trained in some of the UK’s top hospitals and currently holds an honorary consultant position at the world-renowned St. John’s Institute of Dermatology at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital where he completed an advanced fellowship in dermatologic surgery and lasers for a full year, followed by additional advanced training in various centres in the USA.

He has a passion for education, research and science and has over 150 publications in Dermatology and Lasers, making him one of the most prolific and well-published consultant dermatologists in the UK. Dr Nabila Azib

Dr Nabila Azib developed her clinical experience in close collaboration with Dr. Patrick Trévidic and is holding university degrees in lasers in dermatology, angiology and reconstructive surgery. She is member of the Expert2Expert group and was scientific director of the ICAAM Congress in Dubai for several years.
She has been lecturing internationally for many years and is member of several international scientific societies. As a plastic surgeon she is able to give deep insights into anatomy and the related importance of experience-oriented treatments.

Dr Sonia Batra

Dr. Sonia Batra is the founder of a dermatology practice in Santa Monica, CA and a Co-Host of CBS’ Emmy Award-winning syndicated television show, The Doctors.  Dr. Batra received her A.B., M.P.H, and M.D. degrees from Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laudeand was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. A Rhodes Scholar, she earned a Master’s degree at the University of Oxford, England. She completed her residency training in Dermatology at Stanford University followed by advanced fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, laser and cosmetic dermatology. She has been selected as a Los Angeles MagazineTop Doctor in Dermatology and a Southern California SuperDoctor. Her husband, Sameer, is a urologist, and they are the proud parents of two children and a Havanese dog.

Dr Antonio Campo

Dr Antonio Campo Voegeli got his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (U.A.B) in 1993 getting the best grades of his promotion and the “Premio Extraordinario de Licenciatura”. He specialized in Dermatology (1994-1997) at the Dermatology Department of Hospital Clínic in Barcelona and continued as a research fellow until 2007 when he obtained his PhD in Medicine “cum laude” for the U.A. (Universidad de Barcelona) thanks to his research on the immunopathological mechanisms of Dermatomyositis. As specialist in Dermatology of this department he was responsable of the Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Photodynamic Therapy as well as Laser and Cosmetic Units (2002 to 2013). From 2013 to 2017 he joined Laclinic in Montreux, Switzerland as Director of the Dermatology, Laser and Aesthetic Medicine Sections.

His current position is as Founding Member and Medical Director of Clínica Dermatológica Campo-Optimage in Barcelona, Spain.

Dr Campo is stronlgy involved in teaching activities related to the field of Dermatologic Laser and Aesthetic Medicine. He was Director of the Course of Dermatologic Indications of IPL and Lasers of the Hospital Clínic, U.A. (Universitat de Barcelona), Professor at the Master in Aesthetic Medicine of the Fundación Empresa Universitat Illes Balears, and at the Diplôme Interuniversitaire: Láser en dermatologie, angéiologie et chirurgie réparatrice of the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin en Yvelines, Université de Poitiers. He nowadays is the Co-Director and Chair of the Laser Modules of the Master of Advanced Aeshtetic Procedures of the Univesidad Carlos Herrera in Valencia (Spain) and Professor of the Training Course in Medical Laser Procedures of the Official College of Medicine of Barcelona (C.O.M.B.). Dr Campo is also KOL and consultant of several laser and aesthetic companies and co-works as trainer and teacher for new users.

He is member of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology (AEDV) and the European Society for Lasers in Dermatology (ESLD).

Sabrina Fabi

Sabrina Fabi, MD is a double board-certified Dermatologist and Cosmetic Surgeon, who is an assistant clinical professor at the University of California, San Diego.  She is an ASDS Cosmetic Procedural associate fellowship director, and serves as a mentor and preceptor for dermatology residents through the ASDS, WDS and ASLMS.   She is an associate and associate research director at Goldman Butterwick Fitzpatrick Groff & Fabi, Cosmetic Laser Dermatology, and is actively involved in multiple injectable, laser, and sclerotherapy clinical trials. Dr. Fabi has authored over 100 medical articles, in addition to co-authoring 20 book chapters. She has also lectured nationally and internationally, in over 30 countries in both English and Spanish. Dr Frank Rosengaus

Dr Frank Rosengaus Leizgold graduated from the Autonomous University of Mexico as Medical Doctor with honors in 1987 additionally getting the medal “Gabino Barreda” awarded to students with a perfect GPA.

He continued his studies with a residency of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck at the General Hospital of Mexico “Dr. Manuel Gea Gonzalez” and in 1992 he completed his training in Facial Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, CA.

Dr Rosengaus works in private practice in Mexico and is a member of various Associations including the Scientific Committee of the International Master Course in Aging Skin (IMCAS) in Paris, France and Asia, Scientific Secretary of IMCAS China and Asia 2015 and Co-Director of IMCAS America 2016. He is representative of Mexico at the International Federation of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Societies (IFFPRSS).

Dr Peter Shumaker

Peter Shumaker, MD, is a fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon and internationally-renowned expert in scar management.  He recently retired as a Captain from the United States Navy after 22 years of active service.  More than a third of his career was spent as Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at the Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), the largest dermatology program in the US Navy.  Dr. Shumaker and colleagues spent the last decade dedicated to advancing comprehensive rehabilitation for wounded warriors and other patients who suffered traumatic injuries, and leveraging this experience to lead national and international engagement efforts.  Career highlights include receipt of the President’s Award from the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and his role as Co-Editor for The Scar Book, the first comprehensive textbook on scar pathophysiology and management published in 2017.

He has presented on 4 continents and published in top journals from at least 7 different specialties including the New England Journal of Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Journal of Trauma, the Journal of Hand Surgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and JAMA Dermatology.  For 6 years he served as team lead for a multidisciplinary exchange in burn scar management in Vietnam, and for 5 years as Program Director for the national CARE (Comprehensive Advanced Restorative Effort) Summit to advance multidisciplinary warrior rehabilitation at NMCSD.

Canada

Dr Nowell Solish

Dr Nowell Solish, M.D., FRCP (C), graduated as a dermatologist from the University of Toronto, and subsequently specialized in surgical dermatology, training at the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia. During this time, Dr. Solish focused on cosmetic and skin cancer dermatologic surgery.

Today, Dr Solish is a recognized specialist in the field of cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Solish is well known for his work with Botox and the cosmetic injectables.

Dr Solish is an Assistant Professor at The University of Toronto, as well as the co-director of the Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer clinic at Women’s College. He is the past president of The Canadian Society of Dermatologic surgery and a founding board member of the International Hyperhidrosis Society. He is a member of the American and Canadian Societies for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.

Academically, he is the director of Dermatologic surgery at the University of Toronto. He is also published in peer-reviewed journals, and lectures regularly on dermatologic surgery techniques at local, national and international medical meetings.

Dr Solish is also a widely quoted media spokesperson on issues of surgical and cosmetic dermatology. His interviews include appearances on ABC news, CBC news, Global Television, The National, CBC Radio, and Citytv.

Korea

Dr Ahn Gun Young

Dr. Ahn is a Korean dermatologist and founder of Gowoonsesang Clinics network with 18 branches in Korea. He has more than 20 years of clinical experience and research in the field of cosmetic dermatology. He is particularly interested in developing new treatments with ideas from clinical experience. He is the inventor of Agnes which is a microinsulated needle RF device, and has developed new therapies using it.
